Couponing to Christmas

Here is my idea I want to get my Thanksgiving Dinner for $15.00 or under I will be sharing my success or Failure with you. I want the whole meal for under $15.00 lets see if I can make this Goal and Help you gals get there too... So I will be posting on how to do this when I find the deals each week. My other Goal is to get toys and pillow pets for my kids using Rewards from Drug stores. I will show you how I am doing this. I have collected $90 dollars of Target Gift Cards from deals and Prescriptions That I am saving for Christmas and am still collecting. I wanted to share these ideas with you to make your Christmas money stretch farther.

Rite Aids Paying me to Shop!!!

I bought 6 packs of Alka Seltzer cold powder packets @5.00 ea.
Used 5/25 Rite Aid coupon
Used 6 -$3.00 off Alka Seltzer powder packs from Sundays paper
=$7.00+tax
I used 7 up rewards left over from last week
so I paid Tax only
You will then recieve $10 up for spending $30.00
And $2.00 ups for each of your 6 packages
So a grand total of $22.00 of Ups from this transaction.


Second transaction
bought 3 packages of Huggies jumbos @8.99 each
Used 5/25 coupon
Used 3-$2.00 off Huggies Diapers coupon from Sunday ad a few weeks back
Used 14 up rewards from above
=$1.97 + tax for 3 pkgs of Diapers.

I will be posting more soon but it turns out why I have had trouble recovering is I have a kidney infection. So I just haven't felt good since surgery, but I am on medicine and should be feeling well soon and have lots of Deals to share.

Sorry Gals

I am so sorry I have not posted for awhile. I ended up in the hospital for a week with two surgeries, due to kidney stones. I am on the mend but still not feeling well so please forgive my lack of posts. Give me a week or two and I will be up on my feet again and posting away. My head is in the clouds with pain medicine and just plain feeling yucky. Hope to catch up in a week or so
